MPP ?? Hero or Zero?

I would like to apologize for that very controversial subject above

MPP had done a lot of contributions to our school.. For example, preparing morning assembly or special events, organizing trips and maintaining good disciplines. I personally appreciate all that. xoxo

But there are some issues...

I heard that there is a lack of cooperation between them. Some of the MPPs feel superior than others. Some are bossy, some are arrogant, always act in their own self-interests and acting just like, they were truely born to be a 'leader'

I also heard that the interview conducted to select members of volunteer for this year orientation wasn't good. This year theme totally boring and the games being proposed are so childish.

There are also misunderstanding, dissatisfactions, disagreements and misjudging between members of MPP.

Well, I got the same impressions with this one which is a bad impression.

referring this issue to myself as mpp, Isn't it funny how mpp is allowed to spot people who are not well disciplined? however, even I once had a long hair, and I even came late to school. However, this really made me feel that I am not a role model, thus I quit the mpp.

If you check in the encyclopedia, what is the role of mpp or what does mpp do? they supposed to become the brigde between the students and teachers but if you see in our school, do you realised that some of the tutors don't like mpp skipping their class for some good reason. well, I am sorry for my opinion.

Born to be a leader attitude is suppose to be born to be a human. I don't think that a leader should be criticize because they are also human being. However, they should try their best to become a good leader. Leadership?? It can be really annoying to become a good leader as you must consider all the feelings of your member. A good leader means a good thinking and planning with better analysis of life.

About orientation,
Its kind of hard to say if the games are boring or what so ever if you don't know the details of it. I think, ideas should be rejected if a better and good ideas is proposed. So, I don't know if the orientation is going to be boring or fun because "tak kenal maka tak cinta" nyahahha

I think the leadership(i mean head of mpp and prefect) is good,they try their best already,but if we respect them,they will respect us back...it's just that they are the boss..so please respect them..haha

About the orientation,the theme is suggested by the teacher..so no offense....and the games also being approved by our teacher(i think teacher MJ) ..so once again no offense...hahaha

lastly,hero or zero?the tech team still the best..haha,i have been with them last year..volunteeeeerrrrr......they look arrogant,bossy etc(due to pressure blabla)...but only in work....lol

MPP, hero or zero... I wont answer that. Simply because it all depends on what the people think.

The MPP current situation is a little rough. However, in case you do not know, situations like this happen most of the time when you graduate and go to work. Sudden change of order from your boss, plans that you do not agree to... As much as you dislike it, you have to do it.

Some bosses nowadays have "the door is always open" attitude. It means that whenever his employees is not satisfy, he/she can leave since there are a lot of people looking for a job so finding a replacement is easy. On the other hand, the one who leave will have a hard time finding a job. So all the employee can do is be patient and do it.

So here I want to tell all those who think that MPP iscurrently in a mess, I want you to reconsider and i consider this to be a training for our job in the future.

P/S: Moral of the story, quitting is never the solution.

yeah you are kind or right but from my point of view,
when you know that you does not meet the requirement of the jobs then you will directly quit it.
E.g:-
here is the situation. You imagine, if you are working in a big firm like microsoft or rolls royce or etc. Here, perfections are everything. If you are one of the people in charge of the microchips for example in microsoft, then you did quite a mess in doing your job, so you should take your responsibility against your actions by quitting the job as you are the leader of the group.

same goes to this situations too, If I can't merely done my job as a role model at which my actions are not considered carefully for example bringing mobile phone to school, escaping class even though it is unnecessary, not doing homework because of playing and etc, responsible actions should be taken.
From this, you will know that you are far behind the standard of the mpp, am I right? So, if I continued the job, am I not polluting the community which are supposed to be respected by the students?

For me.....quiting is a good solution....i think....because if you cant handle the pressure...dont know how to manage time.....dont know how to respect the boss....better we leave..before all people not respect us anymore...or i can say..they will run away from us...haha(im out of topic...haha,sorry2)

I want you to think for a second, look at the economic crisis nowadays, now imagine you are having a job and you are having a hard time with your boss, having too much stress. Do you think its wise to quit your job?

If you really want to quit, then you better prepare yourself for at least 6 months of unemployment for you.

Just quit. Dont be ass kisser. Tq

This is about being an MPP, not a real job where you have a salary, CLS. So quitting doesn't really have much effect on you.
