Who should we blame?teachers or the student itself?

What your suggestion?

From my point of view,we should put the "smoke alarm"(i think)in the toilet.....haha

Yeah its better to curb this student-smoking problems.. Very Happy
the youth society is becoming a bit mind-corrupted these days
and that needs a change.. its really sad that their parents are unaware of their children's undoing
teachers have to be responsible too. the school must erm.. imply some more tight-rules such as spanking
for those who are caught smoking lol.. like Dr H Twisted Evil

Both students and teachers. Teachers knew about it already, long2 time ago.. But, no actions taken. Why those teachers dont do a spot check OR PREFECTS, during the break time? With such an easy task, school can curb this problem.. But? Huh.. LAZY.. Ceta2 tia plg rah officee.. Then scold all the students during the assembly.. Tara......

Ok for this topic, I will blame 70% teacher's fault and 30% are the student's fault

Yeah, I'm kind of agreed what reef had said about some of the responsible teacher.
Isn't it funny how they are angry because of "test power" issue last time(I heard this while I was walking up to my registration class)
same case here, smoking?
It had been prohibited even for the elders. (apalagi student biasa??)

elegant, macho, friends influence and etc were all the factor for students who are totally naive to try it out.
Even, their "gang" maybe said that "stress eh" and smoke.
But, what are you suppose to do at school??
I once went to the toilet and saw about 8 people share a cigar just to break the school laws and show their "maturity"
hahhaha Razz Razz

I don't take any actions because I got class, So? I don't care. If I go to the discipline office, the teachers in charge will just said, would you mind making reports for what you saw and write your NAME in the report whereas the students in the toilet had already went to their class. Whose fault is it?

Sport check?? hmm, I guess that is just a waste of time. Syllabus of the subjects must be finished at a fast rate. So, how could you think that the teacher have time for the sport checks? No offence to the teacher but it is really embarassing for this type of discipline problems and yet they are trying to fix things but the could not????

If they want to smoke outside the school...then that is already their matter...who care right?but in school?they should stop this habit...it is also can influence other student, that never smoke before...to join them...

So what i think is that....better check their bags...or their body...before the class start...maybe their group tutor can do this as well...i know they wont scare...but at least..the teacher can show their concern of this case...

lol smokers are think that they look kinda cooL or macho when they smoke
but in truth its not.. only with the exception that unless they're really really hot like a model haha Cool
its apparent that , in my own personal thinking, most girls on earth dont like smokers,
only a portion of the female gender are smokers ,, hmm lol i dunno

hmm i dont agree with you k-missy lol
spot/(sport?) checks must be carried out at least once or twice in a week
and those students who are caught bringing cigarettes to school, well,
they'll be suspended from the school for a certain period of time, or worst get expelled

lolz, someone must start a rehabilitation program or something in our country..
just, you know, with the intention to, prevent the increase of smokers among the young generation
